How a project runs
Brief

Sampling
We produce a sample for your approval. Fit, fabric and construction are adjusted until you sign off.
Production
Approved sample goes into production with in-line quality control.
Labelling and dispatch
Your labels, hangtags and packaging are applied. Goods are packed and shipped.
Fabric
Our swimwear is made with premium Lycra by DuPont — a high-performance fabric with four-way stretch, shape retention, and chlorine and UV resistance. This matters for private label: a garment carrying your brand name is judged on how it holds up after a season of use, not how it looks on arrival.

Why manufacture in Istanbul
Turkey sits within a few days freight of the entire European market, which removes the multi-week ocean lead times that come with sourcing from Asia. For a growing brand this changes what is possible: you can react to a season rather than committing to it eight months in advance.
Istanbul in particular has a dense concentration of textile production, fabric suppliers and finishing services within the same city, so sampling cycles are short and problems get solved in person rather than over email.
We have been manufacturing swimwear and beachwear here since 1996 — roughly thirty years of production experience, currently exporting to over 25 countries.

Do you work with new brands, or only established ones?
Both. Our minimum order quantities are deliberately low and products are sold in series, so a startup placing its first order and a retailer running a large programme can both be supplied.
Can I send my own design?
Yes. Send sketches, a tech pack or a physical reference sample. If you do not have a complete specification, our team can develop the design with you.
Can you produce my brand labels and packaging?
Yes. Woven labels, care labels, size tabs, hangtags, polybags and retail-ready boxes with barcode labelling are all part of the service.
What fabric is used?
Premium Lycra by DuPont, offering four-way stretch, shape retention and resistance to chlorine and UV.
How long does delivery to Europe take?
Once goods are ready, orders typically reach EU destinations within 3 to 5 days from our Istanbul facility. Worldwide shipping is available.
