We publish the prices and lead times.

The fixed items are known: pattern USD 120–150, sample USD 300, sample shipping around €15. So you spend roughly USD 450–480 before the sample is in your hands. On top of that comes the cost of the 100-piece run; the unit price depends on the style and the fabric, so it is confirmed at quotation. If the sample converts into a bulk order, the sample fee is credited.

Two or three. Each style means a separate pattern and a separate sample, so starting with five multiplies your fixed cost by five. Test the season with a few styles, see which one sells, then commit to the right one on your second order.

One. The minimum is 100 pieces per colour, so asking for two colours doubles the order. Start with the colour you believe will sell best and choose the second one from real sales data.

Start from our ready collection. With no pattern or sample cost you can buy existing styles in bulk and test the market. Moving to your own style after sales prove out is far less risky.

Yes. We apply your woven label and hangtag to items from our ready collection — with no pattern or sample cost, it is the fastest way to launch your label. The minimum is 100 pieces per style and colour. You produce the labels and send them to us; they must reach us before production starts, and we can also obtain quotes from the suppliers we work with on your behalf. A small per-piece charge applies for the labelling work and is shown separately in the quotation.

Pattern 10 days, sample 10–20 days — so 20–30 days before the sample is in your hands. After your approval, in the normal season a run of up to 500 pieces is completed within one month. That is roughly two months in total in the normal season, plus the time you take to review the sample. From January to May, our very high season, it takes longer.

Start between September and December. This is the normal season: patterns and samples move fast, the production calendar is open and prices are at their best. If you start after January you face both very high season pricing and longer lead times. June to August is the selling season — by then it is too late to start new production.

The pattern fee is paid before work begins and the sample fee is paid in advance, before the sample is sewn. The payment plan for bulk production is agreed per order.

The pattern and sample fees are not refunded, but the pattern remains yours. You can take delivery digitally (CAD/DXF) or physically and take it to any manufacturer you choose — what you paid stays with you as an asset.

Most delays happen in approvals and materials, not on the production line: late sample approval; changes to the style, fabric or colour after the pattern is made; customer-supplied labels or packaging arriving late; custom dyeing and printing needing extra time compared with stock colours; and seasonal load between January and May. To keep our side transparent we share progress photos and video throughout production.

Style and reference (technical drawing, photos or a physical sample) · fabric preference · colour · size range and breakdown · total quantity · target delivery date · label and packaging requirements if any. With this we can price it straight away.

Four things come up constantly. “100 pieces should cost the same per unit.” They cannot; fabric, pattern and set-up costs are divided by the quantity. “The sample will be ready in a few days.” It will not; the pattern comes first, then the sample — this is the stage that decides whether the garment fits. “I want an exact copy of that brand's style.” We can make a pattern from photos, but we do not promise an identical fit, and we will not produce a registered design at all. “Lots of colours, low quantity.” Every colour is a separate 100 pieces.

We tell you before the pattern stage. Reviewing your technical drawing is free; if something cannot be produced we explain why and propose the closest producible alternative — you pay nothing at this stage. If a problem we failed to foresee appears after pattern work has started, correcting it is on us and we do not charge a second pattern fee. If a style is insisted on and we believe the result will not be sound, we decline the job — we would rather say so at the start than produce something that disappoints you.

For the comparison to mean anything, both quotations have to cover the same thing. Ask: what is the fabric weight and composition (our standard is 80% polyamide, 20% elastane, 190 gsm); are lining and hygiene strip included; are labels, hangtag and polybag in the price; who will own the pattern. Our unit price includes fabric, lining, trims, labels, hygiene strip, polybag and labour, with nothing added later. The soundest test is to order a sample from both of us — the difference is obvious once you hold the garment.

OEM, private label, white label and CMT — all four. We can work full package (fabric, trims and production on us) or cut-make-trim only if you prefer to source your own fabric.

Yes. There is no turnover requirement — the only condition is meeting our minimum order quantity. A large share of our clients are founders launching their first swimwear line.

Pattern making, cutting, sewing, quality control and packing are all in-house. Dyeing, printing and embroidery are handled by specialist partner workshops.

Technical drawing → master pattern → sample sewing → your revisions and approval → graded patterns for the sizes you want → production. In swimwear the pattern matters more than anything else, so the process is built around it.

In the normal season (September to December), orders up to 500 pieces are delivered within one month of sample approval. From January to May, our very high season, the lead time depends on capacity and order load. We give a firm lead time at quotation, and rush orders can be discussed.

Swim shorts are made from woven fabric, which does not stretch like swimwear jersey, so the pattern and sewing logic are different. Shorts also bring in mesh lining, elasticated waistband and drawcord, eyelets, pockets and bartack reinforcement, and the unit cost is calculated accordingly. The pattern fee, minimum order, size range and sample lead times are the same as for our other products.

Checks are carried out at every stage from cutting to packing. Shrinkage, colour fastness and pilling tests can be run, and we provide test reports on request.

Yes. We share progress photos and video during production.

Yes — SGS, Intertek, Bureau Veritas and similar firms are welcome. Inspection costs are paid by the client.

Unless the fault is caused by use, defective items are replaced or refunded. A small tolerance applies to order quantities.

Not in-house, but we can obtain quotes from the suppliers we work with on your behalf. You may also produce your own labels and ship them to us — they must reach us before production starts.

Silicone/rubber 3D logos, transfer printing and embroidery are all possible. Jacquard (logo) waistband elastic requires a minimum of 1,000 pieces. We do not produce custom metal hardware or buckle moulds.
