Silicone caps
The classic moulded swimmer's cap — waterproof, keeps the hair in. One adult size that stretches to the head.
Stock colours — 12 options
The 50-piece minimum applies per colour; you pick the colour you want from the chart.
Lycra fabric caps
A soft cut-and-sewn cap with an elasticated edge. Considerably cheaper than silicone — the usual choice for pool operators, hotels and retail shelves.
The stock product does not come in a chosen colour. Packs of 100 are supplied either black or assorted; the colour mix inside a pack cannot be selected.
If you need lycra caps in one specific colour, that becomes a custom run — quantity, lead time and price are agreed separately.
Arrives retail-ready
Every cap comes individually bagged in a clear polybag with a header card and a hanging hole. It goes straight onto the shelf or the stand — no repackaging labour at your end.
Logo printing
Our method is screen printing. We print 1 to 3 colours on both silicone and lycra caps. We do not offer embossed (3D) logos.
No screen fee, no mould fee
A screen-printing layout stencil is prepared for every job and its cost is already included in the unit price we quote. There is no separate tooling charge.
To be clear about what this stencil is: it is not a mould of the product. It is not reusable across jobs and it is not handed over to the customer.
No printed sample — layout approval instead
We do not produce print samples. Once the stencil is ready we go straight into production.
Instead, we put the print layout in front of you on an image before production — size, position and colours are printed only after you approve them.
Lead time and capacity
Average production time after the stencil is ready is 7–10 working days. Our monthly capacity is roughly 10,000 pieces; for larger orders we plan the calendar with you.
What we need from you
We do not ask for a print-ready file. Send the logo in whatever shape it is in — we prepare a few print-ready options and put them in front of you for approval. If you know the Pantone references for the print colours, that speeds things up.
A second print side and a second colour both add to the unit price. If your two-colour logo has a version that reduces to one colour, it lowers the cost noticeably — we are happy to look at the artwork with you.

The minimum on silicone caps is 50 pieces — printed or plain. Between 50 and 99 pieces we add $0.11 per piece to the cap and $0.11 per piece to the print; the second table above already has those worked in.
Adding a second print side costs +$0.11, adding a second colour +$0.44. If your two-colour logo has a version that reduces to one colour, it lowers the cost noticeably. Three-colour printing is quoted separately.

Our raw material is priced in foreign currency, so the list moves with the exchange rate — the price at the time of order is the one that applies. Send us the quantity, the product and the number of print colours and we confirm the same day.

What is the minimum order for silicone caps?
50 pieces — printed or plain. The minimum applies per colour, so 50 pieces means 50 of one colour from the chart.
Can I choose the colour of the silicone cap?
